Looking for Mixte frame German bike appraisal

German GUDEREIT Mixte 57cm
I’m guessing this is a 1988 model by the SunTour Checker derailleur date codes I found. This Mixte frame measures 57cm top seat post to center BB and has 45cm chain stays... I’m guessing it is a touring geometry.
This is the first German bike i’ve ran across so I decided to pick this up. I don’t know the tubing
Material but it’s a 26.2 seat post.
- Weinmann front centerpull brake with rear Weinmann PBS 300 brake
- Weinmann concave 700c wheels on 700x28c tires
- Bluemels Olympic fenders.
- ESGE rear alloy rack is stamped W.
