Bump. This is a great thread. Here's the one on my Norman. The previous owner's father apparently bought the bike there in 1958.

Garners Pro Shop Redwood City CA. from mid 80's. I don't know if it's still around. I got the bike at a garage sale in San Diego this year.

Maybe some one like me who was stationed at the Naval Air Station on the north end of the island and brought the bike home with them after leaving the service. I bought my Miyata 310 at Stone's in 1984 and it has the same decal.

From a one-time Michigander liviing in South Dakota, THANK YOU for the memories. Remember Jake's Bike Shop in Harper Woods? - he cut & threaded spokes for a 650C wheeled bike I made my wife & I still have a poster he gave me from when Greg Lemond won the World Championship on a Gitane. Jake's had a red Tour de France model in the shop that to this day I can still picture hanging there (God, I wish I'd had the cash to get that). A classic bike shop that I have never encountered since (sigh). And I must've spent mega-bucks as a kid growing up at Schumann's Schwinn on the west side of Detroit (I actually managed to break a Sting Ray frame that they handled the warranty on). Thanks again for brightening my day.

Jackson has two major bike shops and a few small ones. The Bike Rack started small back in the seventies and finally took over it's main competitor Indian Cycle. Indian Cycle kept the name though and now it looks like a humongous auto-plex. Little or no accessories and tons of clothes. I don't have an Indian sticker but here's one from The Bike Rack.

This one came off a 1987 Cannondale. They still are in Colorado Springs, but at a different address.

Bump.
This sticker is on my 60's Legnano Pista. I see that there is still an American Cyclery in Denver. Now they are on South Albion St.

Fred Deely was the importer / distributor of Apollo bikes in Canada (he made a fortune during the 70's boom) and is also well known among Harley Davidson enthusiasts as his HD shop was one of the oldest in North America and he was also a very accomplished motorcycle racer.
I have seen Fred's stickers on bikes that also had additional dealer stickers on them although there are also stand alone Deely stickers which probably went on bikes he distributed outside of Vancouver.

This guy must have been some kind of bicycle magnate, I see his stickers on bikes everywhere! I think I've owned 3 bikes with his stickers, whenever I'm in Edmonton I see 'em everywhere, and now that I'm in Ottawa I even see 'em on bikes on the used market here!
I guess being the Apollo importer was good business, their brands do make up like half of the bike boom "10 speeds" that I see after all.
p.s.: Dick Power should do reproduction decals. They'd sell. I'd buy at least one.
