Also dropping off some random information here in case someone in the future looks for it. I never saw this anywhere else.
Weight of Soma lugged track fork (threadless, uncut 30mm steer tube) is 929.5 grams / 2 lbs.
Weight of 57 CM Soma Rush frame (totally bare, no fork) is 2086 grams / 4.6 lbs.

Hi all, I'm ready to pull the trigger on a Rush. Currently riding a 1/8 inch Scrambler when the streets are clear of ice and snow. The Scrambler is a touch too small. Will go 57cm and theadless fork. Will the Surly tuggnut work on the Rush?

I'm really liking the F75, the only thing thats bugging me is that I can pick up a Langster Pro Frameset for only $150 more.
I do see the value in something like a Rum Runner though.

Just a heads up for anybody thinking about building a French 75 frame. No, they will not fit the Sram omnium cranks. Sorry, it wasn't designed around a 2 piece track crank. And seriously, why would you even want to run those? They have ****ty clearance, you can't adjust the chain line, and they're just plain ugly. Real track cranks use square taper bbs for a reason. If you want to blow your wad on some expensive cranks get Sugino 75s or Phil Woods. That is all.

I completely neglect my Rush, feels bad. I haven't touched the open bearing headset since it was installed. The original chain is probably stretched out its mind +5500mi in. The chainring probably isn't in the greatest shape either and that's not knowing how many miles it had before I bought it used. The wheelset hasn't been touched by a spoke wrench since being shipped out from velomine +5000mi ago. One of the j-bends on the rear wheel broke ~1800mi ago and all I did was duck tape it. I'm pretty sure the seatpost is stuck because I had problems with it sliding down so instead of grease I used toothpaste. #idgaf
