too much plastic on that bike
i'll take plastic rims, forks, posts and frames ONLY if they are super high end frames. too much squeeking, flexing and spontaneous combustion for me to prefer carbon anywhere else on my bike.
Oh, and the supersix EVO definetely counts as a good enough frame for the record

Thanks guys. Definitely my poor mans Riv. The guy is on to something, this setup is super comfortable. Not sure I'd want to ride this kind of bike exclusively, but it's a welcome addition to the fleet especially for commuting. As far as the moustache bars, I've used them on a number of bikes with a regular quill stem, and I've always found them comfortable, but set up way high with the dirt drop stem is definitely the way to go.

Bicycle Repair Man !!!
One of the things I have never used were modern moustache bars... but I do have a similar set up on my old CCm with the flipped north road bars and love those.

Fresh Garbage
I'm in love every time this is posted. I still keep an eye out for similar style frames but I don't find much in my size. Did you have those centerpulls on there early on? I have a pair of Mafac Racers I was thinking of putting on my Fuji for kicks.

Thanks man! I did swap out the Dia-Compe sidepulls for a set of the Dia-Compe centerpulls on there now. Better clearance for the fenders and they stop better under load (since I plan to carry a lot with this bike) Mafac racers are tits, they look good on almost any bike. I used them on an old Peugeot, I should have kept that thing. I hear ya on the size thing, even the 24" Treks can be tough to come by. I have seen a few 25" pop up from time to time on my local CL

Color matching pedals on the Bottechia =
Also @IthaDan- I had a rad time in Ithaca this past weekend. Ate tons, went to Gimme (thanks for that, didn't know they were based there and i go to their Brooklyn shop frequently), and even rode around a bit. And i'm pretty sure I saw some of your bikes on Ithaca CL (whenever I'm in another city I check CL for bikes and analog synths).
