inner Ring has great insight on the pro scene, but all its reportage is Euro-based there is no coverage of any cycling in USA. it's at INRNG.com
Cycling Tips is pretty good with current pro news and it has a lot of tech / product reviews, I think i't an Australian publication. They have a popular podcast series as well.
I recently came across a cool site called LIFE IS A BEAUTIFUL DETAIL run by a cyclist / photographer from Toronto I think, but there doesn't seem to be any recent activity so I wonder if it's no longer active.
