Welcome. There are a couple/few "for sale" sections on the Forum, General, C&V, Fixed gear, etc. To post in any of the "For sale" section you will need to have a premium membership. The membership is not expensive (can even do a trial) and also gets rid of ads on the site. Click "Premium Membership" at the top just below the Bikeforum logo to see your options.

Tough to suggest a method of selling when we don’t know where you live.

We don't know where you live and also have no idea about the condition of your bike. Its value very much depends on how well it was maintained

FB marketplace is the cheapest /fastest, but you'll need patience. Lot's of "Is this available?" ghosts.

Put some effort into making an ad with B2C quality photos and descriptions filled as one would fine on the Trek bikes website.
A crap ad fetches $50 = these are the bikes I buy from lazy sellers.
A great ad fetches $500 = this is how I sell.
I notice a lot of times I sell to clueless buyers that had their expert bike friend find my ad for them.
These expert bike friends play it safe and don't want be fixing a broken bike for clueless buyer.
That's why they tell clueless buyer to buy mine.
And for sellers that wash their bike, great. But at least have the decency to dry the bike, and not take photos of it as it is dripping wet out of the shower.
