Show Us Your Bikes Starting With Z
Here's your chance to show us your bikes alphabetically!
It goes like this: every fortnight I'll start a new thread with a new letter in alphabetical order. Post your classic and vintage bikes that correspond to that letter, eg; C = Cinelli, Carlton, Ciocc. M = Mercian, Masi, Motobecane. And so on and so forth. The letter of the fortnight should correspond with the marque, not the model. For example; you could post your Tommasini Prestige in the T thread, but not in the P thread. If you're not sure, take a look at the word on your downtube. There's a grey area with people's names - Bruce Gordon, Claud Butler, etc., but I'll leave it up to the owners which thread is preferred. Make sense?
So let's see your Zunows, Zinis and Zullos!

My Zunow #298 Probably my most comfortable bike I have ridden. I have 2 frames I have not built so not ridden yet; a Geoffrey Butler from Randyjawa and a Witcomb from nlearner that is at Atleir Gugie for gugification so I may be off.

3 of a kind.
R531 Super lightweight tubing. Later 70s. Zeus 2001 anodized black components including hubs and headset. A black freewheel and black cranks, along with a lottery win, needed to complete the build.

Vitus 971 Zeus Professional. Mid 70s. Repaint in classic Zeus colour, again with Zeus 2001 components:

R531 main tubes Zeus Pista. Mid 70s. Bought this from the original owner. Have some work to do; most notably to get some decent tires, before giving it a tour of the velodrome:

Two more Zielemans including a rare goldplated Zieleman outfiited with aTitanium record 8 speed group. The white one is one of my favorites, a very light and agile riding bike with a classy paintscheme

1988 Zunow built Centurion Factory Team Bike
In the 80's most of all the Centurion Factory Race team used Zunow built frames that were painted in the std Centurion Ironman colors and graphics. This frame was used by Mike Pigg in the 1988 race season.
The bike is torn down at the moment and being cleaned up and working on finding some parts and touching up the paint.
As bike was received.
Proof of the Zunow Heritage of the bike

I sold a Di Picce like that to a young woman back in 2009 or 2010. Same size and colorway. I wonder if that's the same one?
