Mine are simpler, and probably not as good. I'll have to try yours
In a large pot, heat some oil and/or butter
trim the sprouts, but leave them whole. I cut a cross in the end to help them cook.
When the oil is hot, dump in the sprout so they sizzle, roll or shake them around to coat them and cover the pot
Give them a shake now & then as they scorch a bit
pour in about 1/4 cup diluted Worcester sauce & re-cover, letting them steam a bit.
Sometimes I add some onions halfway through
When done, eat ......
I tried it once ...... seemed awfully expensive.
We also have 2 good local ice cream places, so they get our $$

Split in half.
Lightly coat with olive oil.
Sprinkle crushed sea salt and pepper.
Throw them on the top rack in the broiler (Low setting) for 15 minutes.
Eat.

you guys would die around here. the workforce in this Chicago manufacturing plant is about 98% native Polish born. All announcements are dual language, I have to pull translators into meetings, etc. Pierogies come out of the woodwork here and everyone is always comparing them to each other almost as though they are using them to establish the % of nobility in their bloodline and heritage. Very patriarchal. The wives are expected to make them and they bring great shame on their husbands if they are not perfect.
....it's like a time warp. I despise it, but ....if you like Pierogies they are here.....

Team members will toss them out to spectators at all the races, they will be the only permissible food in team musettes, "Cyclocross got you down? How 'bout a Psimet Pierogi handup!?"
Dude, you should start a new company - it's be the next great thing!

All this pierogies talk has me remembering eating kugelis (Lithuanian kugel) in my youth. That stuff will fatten you up in a hurry.

Oh I forgot about cereal. Trader Joe's Vanilla Almond Clusters with soy milk. Or any kind of cereal with any kind of milk. Leave it near me and I will finish the box. If there is a second box nearby, I will finish that one too.

What kind do you eat? We eat the cheese potato filled (my favorite) and sauerkraut filled ones. You haven't lived until you've had divine homemade pierogies made by a native Polish woman; in my case, my great grand mother.
