Hey there.........
Having read many posts here in the past I decided time to join, just tried to check out a picture of something I'm working on and of course couldn't see it so time to join. I'm in my 60's ride 15-20 miles a day on bikes that I build, restore, or convert, like older MTB's I buy on CL or rummage sale and convert into cruisers. Just bought a Raleigh M30 MTB and Trek 930 for $20 for the pair (yeah $20 for both) off CL, put maybe a 100 miles on the M30 and now I"m riding the Trek which seems to fit just right....it may be a keeper. I've got over 20 bikes in my collection at the moment and always looking for more.
At the moment putting a new sealed bottom bracket in my old Rock Hopper and building a motorized bike with an 80cc engine in a fat tire bike I picked up. Working on a jack shaft design at the moment since I have such limited space....It's cold here but looks like a day in the upper 30's tomorrow so hopefully I can get a ride in...time to get busy got a bike on the stand wanting my attention.
