Brake housing

I'm restoring a cool lemon 72 Schwinn Sports Tourer and want the brake / shifting cables to be in a brown (leather color) but can't find it anywhere. What/who besides Amazon can I use? Google also hasn't given me anything.
Is there a bike shop or company that is good?
