Does anyone have any experience with a online store called "Chain Reaction Cycles"? I want to order from them but have no reference to judge them other than what the site telles me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Frank.

Chain Reaction Cycles is probably one of the larger of the online bike parts distributors. They're based in the UK. Members of my family and I have ordered parts through them in the past and have been satisfied with their business, but I admit we haven't had to actually return something. I've ordered a number of sets of tires from them, and their prices are good and shipping cost was very reasonable.
