Which Bottle Cages?
My LBS included some bottle cages but I've had my bottles fall twice. Can someone recommend a nice stylish/light weight bottle cage that holds bottles well?

You could try bending those a little tighter. Are you using "bike" water bottles or the smaller ones bottled water comes in? Just asking....

I like the King stainless or Ti cages. Very light and they seem to hold well for me. Arundel has some nice light cages too.

Agree. Looks like those are aluminum cages. Bend them a bit for a tighter fit.

+1 on Arundels. I use carbon fiber Dave-O cages on my road bike, gravel bike, CX bike (just one), and HT 29-er; I've never lost a bottle. I've lost bottles with other cages, even steel that was bent to hold tight.I think the Dave-Os hold better than Mandibles due to the increase in surface area.

Another recommendation for the Arundel Dave-O cages. I have never lost a bottle from them.

I like these on my bike, very grippy - Elite Custom Race Water Bottle Cage | Backcountry.com
That said, if I was buying new cages right now, I would go for these: tacx.com - Deva
The regular (non-carbon) version is cheap, light and supposed to hold bottles really well - should be just as functional as the Elite Custom Race, but a bit lighter.

I like the contoured plastic ones on my modern road bikes. And the regular painted aluminum wire one on road bikes... shiny aluminum ones on vintage road bikes.

I have Blackburn Camber cages. They're carbon fiber so a bit pricey but I like how the hold the bottles and how easy they are to put bottles into. I just tried out a few different cages to see which one I liked the best, it being carbon fiber was pure coincidence in the decision.

I have these, they are definitely one of the best functioning bottle cages on the market. I find they hold the bottles securely even on pavé, yet it is still very easy to get the bottle in and out. On top of that, they look good and are very cheap.

The Tacx looks really nice. I have the Blackburn Camber and it does a good job holding bottles.

Another vote here for Elite Custom Race cages especially if using Camelbak bottles. If you want carbon, the Blackburn Camber are excellent. General consensus is that Arundel Dave-O and Arundel Mandible retain bottles tightly too, but I don't have first hand experience with those.

You should start charging for some of your wisdom, Robert. Agree 100%. I've had a set of them for two years without issue. They were listed at 20g each but when I got them they were actually 18g each.

What are you doing to cause the bottles to fall out? Are you riding the Paris Roubaix? I've never had a bike specific water bottle fall out of a cage even if the cage was loose.

But if you want some wheels built, we could come to an arrangement.

I've had good luck with the Specialized E-cage. They're cheap, sturdy, holds bottles with no fuss. In the almost 15 years on my current road bike, I've never had a bottle ejection even when riding rough roads, hitting potholes or hopping curbs. Even though my bike's frame is carbon, I feel that the metal cages look better on the frame than a carbon cage.

I already threw in my choice for the Arundel Dave-O cages but I can also recommend the Arundel carbon side loader cages, my wife's bike has those as her frame is a 47CM and requires the side loader cages.
I have also had Bontrager cages and never lost a bottle from them either. I do like the Arundel cages better.
