Ti vs Carbon: which one is prettier?
I like the look of my Ti but it is pretty hard to distinguish it from other Ti bikes. Carbon has endless variety. Are Ti owners just boring? But I have Ti and carbon but my carbon bike looks very classic so actually isn't that distinct either. Am I just boring? Come to think of it, my jersey is a bit bland too.

My moment of navel gazing.

Please don't take offense. It is all in the eye of the beholder. I love Ti and also CF. Have both, but I wouldn't be caught dead on a mixed frame like that. The absolute worst aspects of both. Ugh.
Edit:
The more I look at this comment, the more I wish I hadn't posted it. Sorry. Just a personal opinion that would have been better kept to myself.

That's pretty offensive.

Personally, I'm on the verge of ordering this Sage Skyline...

Ai, yai, yai! Now we are talking about a bike. Nothing boring about that. Before ordering though, you'd better ask #hammerdog to assess whether you deserve it. I would be afraid if the cyclist worthiness police saw me on that one.

Madfibers might be the ugliest wheels ever invented. But they're comfy.

I much prefer CF bikes over Ti, but coming from the C&V forums I prefer this vintage of CF bikes:
Just got to have those lugs and level top tube.....Ti bike frames which mostly do not have any lugs on them......kinda look boring (sorry) to me.
