Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Welcome to our New Bike Fitting Forum.
In here, we'll teach you what a Merxx or French Fit is, as well as the plain old basics of fitting your bike to you for the type of riding you want to do. We created this forum to provide a central area rather than having you have to search allover the forums for this topic, and it has been covered in a very c=scattered fashion.
We did so in part, because a poor fit at the best, will make you eventually quit cycling, and we don't want to see that. At the worst, a poor fit will literally damage your body, and we REALLY don't want to see that.
All this said, welcome, both new and older, experienced cyclists.
