Spring is almost here !

Spring is right around the corner and that means some wet dirty rides on the road bike until all the snow is melted. So today after work it was time to get wet and dirty for 25 miles, with some nice wind guts to add to the fun. Got to love riding in New England this time of year.

After all the Winter snow and salt and frigid temperatures and black ice, Spring has finally sprung here, in late March, so I've finally gotten out to do some riding, and jumped in a bit too hard for my first non-errand-running ride. I'm now paying the price by being able to feel how my buttockal and backal musculature are connected, every time I bend over, or turn over in bed. Owwww-oww-oww!!! A little light errand riding seems to have loosened things up now, though.
