Your original file are small, that may be the reason, to show your pics, u can upload them to photobucket and copy paste the link in the reply.

Someone or something deleted the pic i posted here just a day ago, i saw some pics posted months ago are still here,,anyone know why?

I looked at the first page of this thread and my bike's pic is still there. what's going on?

I use a photobucket.com and on advance option here, insert picture, copy code from photobucket.com of my picture and then there you go.

Curious about the light I see in the pix... I don't have much need for serious output, so went for the low end.. got a 20 buck PlanetBike 3 LED Beamer and was amazed that it was actually better than I thought it would be. Perfect for the few times a month I may do a night ride. If I had occasion to up the pace at night, I'd probably go for their 1 or 2W light. Their website has a really good set of pix showing output of each of their lights.

My hybrid bike:

Jan Janssen, as dutch as can be. Full Shimano Deore group.
Will be looking for a better sadle soon (brooks?). ANd maybe add drop bars but not sure if that makes sense on a hybrid bike.

You stole my drop conversion Nice job man.

I used the Easton EA70 stem and Ergo Bars though. I love the flat bar of the bars for leaning on during path riding.

That used to be a flat bar bike? Nicely done! Are you using the Tektro brake levers with your linears? Don't they work great? I'm converting an old Giant Rainier MTB to drops and will be using them with my discs.

Latest addition:

Brooks saddle, pretty old but in good condition and a lot more comfortable then my old gel based saddle. Still not as comfortable as my recumbent but that's ok, i don't use my hybrid bike for long rides anymore.

two more shots of my workhorse:

removed lights and dynamo and replaced them with battery powered lights.

Cool Hybrid Bike

I recently added an aero bar to my bike to get more comfortable positions.
It's a profile design jammer GT and I absolutely love it.

Some close-ups:

With this I can now do the rough tracks and the long asfalt roads
