Sachs 6sp & 8sp freewheels
I got a couple freewheels I don't need attached to a couple tubular wheelsets. Both came from a friend who used to race them but no longer uses tubulars except for cyclocross. Both appear to be in pretty good shape. I've done nothing to them except brush off a bit of grime and flow some oil into the 6sp freewheel (8sp has those red seals which keep gunk out and oil in). Prices include shipping CONUS.
8sp:
6sp:
- Sachs-Maillard 8sp 12-19 - yes, eight speeds, one step spacing, red seals - $30
Sachs 6sp 13-21 - $25

Those have the crimped tooth of the Aris indexing system and they shift really well on a friction set up.

Yes, I have a few of the 7sp freewheels and like them quite well, but have no frames with 130mm rear spacing, so can't make use of this one. Even if I did, at 130mm and my 175lb weight, I'd probably opt for freehub and cassette.
