VO Grand CRU Dual Pivot Brakes & Sun XCD 2x10 Front Derailluer
I purchased these to to use on my fat tire 2018 Stanyan build , and they did not work out for the purpose and ended up using some center-pull brakes and a different FD . They are both amazingly beautiful beautiful parts that would make a fantastic addition to a retro build.
The VO Grand Cru dual pivots will easily clear a 700 C 38mm tire and they are very effective stopper to boot . You can get a 40mm tire in in there but you need to let the air out , hence my switch to center pulls.
The Sun XCD FD is a really nice front derailleur for 2x10 , but it just did not accommodate the wide range gearing I went with on the Stanyan ,
I do not see myself using either of these because of my preferences to run wide range gearing and fat tires.
I will take $130 shipped for the pair payment via PP F&F or else add 3% ( thanks to PP increasing their fees).
