You could start by giving us the serial number and any other markings on the bottom bracket. With luck this information will tell us when it was made, where it was made, and what size it is.
When you have 10 posts you can upload photos. The value is to a large degree dependent on condition.

...it looks like a pretty large frame from here, but these can be deceptive at a glance, because the shorter top tubes in some years give the appearance of a large size because of the longer head tube. Here is a later one that I own. I paid the guy $800 for it some many years ago, when these things were going for better prices. That's in Northern California, where prices are higher in general. I'm surprised at how similar the color and decals seem to be, because I think mine is more from the 80's (but I don't know for certain.)
This one is about a 61 or 62 cm frame ( I forget which ), even though it appears to be much larger.

Thanks T-Mar.
Most likely Carlsbad built... but the stampings under the bottom bracket will confirm for sure. This presents onscreen as a stock color, back then, just not too popular... BUT, I suspect it is a repaint.
Why? the chromed rear dropout and length a bit beyond. The bike has been updated and modified, Super Record headset seatpost, and superleggeri pedals, they Were available by special order but highly uncommon. The pedals don't show the factory finishing of the straps either, not conclusive, but pair that with the exchanged rims and I think things were exchanged quite a bit.
The chrome rear dropout is really curious, and only on one side... The more common later Italian approach, would be to chrome the rear driveside chainstay, expose that and the dropout faces.
Could this be chrome look paint? The image is not that high fidelity, if so, where was there a repair?
If there are stampings like I think, they could be like 550, then MC62 the 62 being measured to the tip top of the seatlug to bottom bracket center.
The other dark blue bike is in the 85-87 range. Henry James for Masi lugs.

I bet what looks like chrome is actually silver paint, made to resemble chrome, to cover over a repair to the DO.

Isn't the pressed seat lug with the two small holes indicative of an early Carlsbad build? And because no twin plate fork and what appear to be horizontal flag bands (if original paint/decals) a '74 or '75?

You are correct that the seat lug is the modified stamped lug.
The Fischer crown was easier to braze but took a lot of effort to make look decent.
