Cold Weather Gear for Skinny Kids
My 10 year old has requested arm and leg warmers for the colder days, but his bicep/thigh/waist are smaller than women’s XS and I haven’t found tights/long sleeves/warmers specifically made for juniors. Any suggestions?

My son has be racing road bikes since he was 9. He a skinny kid as well. I had a hard time finding cycling clothes for him when he was young. The best place I've found for quality and selection is Rogelli. They will have what you need.

Kids in that age don't usually ride more then an hour or two which means the weather doesn't change enough to need leg and arm warmers. I just go with thermal long sleeves and pants. Cambria bike has been a common source with their 3 for 2 sales as well as level9 and Merlin Cycles.

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check out the Rogelli site. I shop Cambria often as they're relatively close, but haven't seen any long pants or long sleeves for kids there so far. With a 22' waist and 6.5' biceps, he can't wear women's sizes yet except for gloves. You're right that he's only up to 1.5 hour rides so far, but our goal is to double that by the end of Spring. Temps here can vary by 10 degrees in a couple of hours if you're in the right part of day.
For now, I ordered him some long pants (which we will still have to take in the waist), and a wind shell that he should be able to pack into his jersey pocket.

Get to a soccer shop. There are a lot of little people compression undergarments. You can layer them and they offer nice crash protection too along with long finger gloves.
This isn't cold weather, but it is doable. Some shoe cover mfgs make pretty small stuff too.

Thanks. I actually found some "Sleefs" that seem to be marketed for baseball. Being in So Cal, thin stuff not really meant to keep you warm is just enough. Still not sure they will actually stay up on his arm with no biceps. I had the same problem when I was a junior, using safety pins to try and make my arm warmers stay up!
