My mother has been playing Chopin and Debussy alot because I'm home.
My Dad has got a few new charts for us to noodle with: Well You Needn't, Doxy, Winter Wonderland and Wave.
It's nice to be home.

That's what clutch is.
The rage against the machine cover is incredible in a completely different way.

Morcheeba is playing Seattle in the spring, and I'm planning on being there.
for me, it looks like I'll be playing a lot of billy taylor today - RIP
I may end up DJing a gig tomorrow? sorta an "out-of-the-blue" thing, but if it all falls into place, should be a good scene.

well, I'm not yet obsolete and soon-to-be-dead, if that's what you and your simian kind are getting at.
yeah - I played classical for about 14 years, then realized that all the arguments I was having with my profs could be gotten around by applying the orders of classical music to the dance music I was dancing at night.... and let me tell you, it works delightfully well. So, I started DJing and did that for a number of years.
I haven't done much since I moved up to Seattle, but this has a lot to do with cleaning up and trying to avoid poorly-advised situations at late-night clubs.
Maybe I trust myself to go back in certain situations, maybe.
