My job requires me to drive and the mileage I drive added three years to my virtual age.

Well, my 51 got trimmed down to a mere 36.7! I sure don't feel 37 though!
I don't give the "live to" part much credence though, since I could step outside and be squashed to death by a freak meteorite in the next hour. There are no guarantees!

Virtual 42.3
My life expectancy 88.7
I suspect my virtual being closer to 45 or so and my life expectancy being more like 80 or 79 due to the many years I was overweight/obese and sedentary and the damage already done. Other than HS and some college, I was rather sedentary until 2010, except for 2 years in my mid 30s where I was lifting weights.

Virtual age down to 38.4 with a life expectancy 89.4. I would be happy with that. I could get 4 more years if it was not for that I'm jumping out a plane right now attitude that I have.

Seems slightly optimistic to me, but my 56 y/o was reduced to 45, and projects I will live to 89, seems like a good reason to go back to collage for a new next career.

Says I should live to 88. Mrs. Grouch calculates our money should last till we're 90. That means there's room for a +1. My objective is for the last check in my checking account to go to the undertaker and I intend for it to bounce.

It says I'll live to 85+.
Kinda hard to understand how my virtual age drops with increased seatbelt usage though. I think I'll start using my seatbelt three times per ride and return to my childhood!!

I hit 100, but got knocked down quite a bit because of my "high risk" activity - commuting by bike. I have some luck genetically and can see myself living that long but worry that the next 40 years will be like the death of a thousand cuts. Time is already chipping away at me.

I was curious: I gave it all the worst answers...
... They expect me to be dead 7.69999 years before I was born ...
.... That would have saved my parents a lot of time, trouble, and money!

Predicts I'll live to be 92.
I ran the test for my mom from age 60 and it predicted 67.8. She had Type II Diabetes, high blood pressure her whole life, overweight her whole life, unhappy marriage for 3 decades then divorced, stress of 8 kids, ate fried food as a staple, and hadn't exercised since her youth. She lived to be 91 and would still be here with competent health care.
I ran it for my dad from age 60 and it predicted 76.2. Fried food, no exercise, developed Type II diabetes, unhappily married for 3 decades then divorced, stressful desk job, smoked in the army then quit. Not sure about his lifespan because he's still going strong at 96.

One's health and happiness at any given age are far more important than longevity itself. The two do correlate to the extent that you can always reduce your life expectancy with an unhealthful lifestyle, but there is a strong genetic influence (telomere length, etc.) limiting how long you can prolong your life.

I like this test.
Chrono: 62
Virtual: 38
Expect: 103
I have to be very careful about diet, lifestyle, and money, because I am likely to be around for awhile.

This is too funny... my youngest daughter is 13 with a virtual age of -8 and a life expectancy of 95.
