Whenever I do, the first 30 minutes is usually miserable then it gets better. Cures it for me if anything.

Ride. Be sure to get plenty of electrolytes before you do. Nuuns tabs or pickle juice would be my choice.

When I used to drink I couldn't even muster the energy to get on BF to ask silly questions with a hangover. Kudos on that.

But do remember, a hangover is basically a poisoning event... your body's hydration and electrolyte balance will be FUBAR. So address those issues before (and while) pushing the poor abused carcass TOO hard!

Today's tip of the day. Whenever you are done drinking, drink a bottle of water with scratch labs. No hangover. Doesn't matter how much you drink it works.

Ride. A buddy and I went riding with my brother in law one time. He was really struggling. We felt bad when he pulled over half way up a hill to puke. We thought we were pushing him too hard. After puking his guts out , he confessed that he was a little hung over having partied a little harder than he should have the night before. We didn't feel so bad knowing that, so we took the long, hilly way home....
