oh, wait, ALL of us here in the 41 knew cycling was good exercise, especially for those with knee issues...
Hopefully as more folks see their Sunday heroes riding, they'll cut us slack on the roadways, too!!

Knee/ankle problems from a motorcycle accident is same reason i had to give up running and basketball, so i can def relate to this article.

Ray Lewis, who lives very close to me, has also become quite the road riding fanatic. Also not that hard to spot as he's still pretty massive, but not as huge as some. Still waiting for the opportunity to join him for a few miles.

Probably made by the same company that makes 95% of people's bike helmets anyway (Riddel is owned by Easton-Bell who makes both Giro and Bell helmets, along with Easton hockey & baseball helmets)
