No idea, but neither have spread their lie of the 'American Dream' to the world, so maybe less. Though in the current one, half the population has a recent immigration background, so maybe even more. I don't know, I don't particularly care to find out. Unlike you, I don't overemphasize my own self worth by the location of where I was born.
