Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'd buy this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Cannondale-...sAAOSwrfFdq11g and center the seat and go from there.

(Obviously, the stem hasn't got to be a Cannondale one, but that one will fit and will get you to baselineon the bike, fit-wise.)

appreciate the help!

Had the matching rear wheel, but kept snapping spokes. She’s not the prettiest but gets the job done.
That bike would be hot with an all-black component group to go with the paint job. The raw aluminum seems to clash with the frame. By the way I'm about 5' 10 1/2'' and a 56 is too small for me (I have long legs and arms for my height).

Just wanted to share my finished project

I apologize for the pedals , i put this ones just to go out to the store but the bike have always Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 pedals. No need to put clip less pedals for 2 minute ride!!!.

I was going to say hot until I saw the hideous RD cage and jockey wheel. That thing is SRAM ugly! Still a decent looking bike, though.

Hot, but I'd tidy up that DI2 wire on the front of the bike and level out the saddle.

Updated the Propel to all R8000 and R9100 except pedals/shifters. Loving the HED 6+ wheels on it. Fast and smooth on 23/25 tire combo. Camera is crap to see it but the chain is a KMC gold.

I'm not a fan of the gumwall deal, but that doesn't mean it doesn't look A-OK here. Hot.

There's a person in that staged photo.

The bike is hot. Grungy tape, but it shows it gets ridden once in a while.

On the fence about this one. It has nothing to do with the setup, rather the paint job. Hot, but I think it would be a whole lot hotter if the rear triangle was red or the fork was white. One or the other. A red rear triangle I think.

+1

It's a shame that more manufacturers don't make tires with the darker reddish/brown sidewalls like old Continental GP skinwalls. Those look really nice on modern bikes.
