2007 kona lanai new suspension fork

Having trouble deciding what to get. Because of my location and shipping charges I'm down to 2 options-suntour xcm for $80 or rockshox silver TK for $120. Might be selling the bike on a few months and need opinions on which way to go. Bike otherwise in great shape.

We usually swap parts but this one needs almost 9" on the steerer tube and the bikes/parts we can find are already cut shorter.

Thanks for the help!

I'd go for the Rockshox.

What's wrong with the current fork?
I'd be tempted to just sell it as is.

The bike was $350 new, and probably worth about $100-$150 now. Replacing the fork might get you an extra $50 best case.

current fork was wrecked and missing bolts when I got it. Lift the front end and it freely drops 1-2". Kona also has one of the longer steerer tubes (9-10") making it very unlikely to find one I can swap out. Wish there was something I could fix on it. hate to go with a new one but I figure it's better than parting out the otherwise really good condition bike.

As expensive as shipping is to get things here, in turn used things can sell for quite a bit higher than down south. rarely do we get free shipping and never on bikes.

I'm assuming the Rockshox is a coil fork?
The Rockshox is a better fork, but just getting the cheapest option is tempting in that situation.
