I am really impressed with SportTracks.
https://www.zonefivesoftware.com/SportTracks/
Here is a screen shot of a summary page from yesterday's lunch ride (Captured on a Garmin Forerunner 301).:
Now notice on the "Workout" screen, it breaks my heart rate into the different zones showing duration in each zone. Now a very handy and usefull feature, click to highlight a zone and IT SHOWS YOU ON THE GPS plot AND the graph where you were in that zone!!
Now here's the "Elevation" screen. Graphing and breaking down the elevation gain and loss into "descending, flat and ascending" zones. Again, click on the zone and it shows you where on the graph AND THE GPS plot where you hit that zone!
And one more Google Earth export, plotted as speed in 3d relief on the GPS plot:

This is extremely cool. But it's disappointing that it won't work with Macs, especially now that Google Maps is available for Mac OS 10.4.

Ok, thanks. Got it now, but not likely to get product. Too many other biking "needs". Mostly a new bike and I don't have 8k now.
