Cambio Corsa & 650B (!)

-----

Had previously only seen this mech associated with road racing machines...and then...

Came across this classified listing for a Lygie 650B type machine fitted with a Cambio Corsa gear.

Unfortunately, the poster only gives four closeup images and none of the complete cycle.

Your photos look rather bungled.

It looks like a sweet ride. Unfortunately I'm not seeing sale details. Contact vendor? It probably isn't cheap. $1K to $3K?

If you revisit Ladri di Bicyclette, I believe you'll see Cambio Corsa equipped condorino style bicycles in some of the scenes.

It is one thing to find one, another to own one, and yet another to be able to shift it. (See Frank Berto's amusing account in "The Dancing Chain.")
