In order to lose weight, My Fitness Pal suggests at most 1360 calories/day if I want to lose weight. I've got it set at 1350.

Holy Moly. I am 6'6" and my fitness pal says 3000 Calories. 1350 is like a big lunch for me.
Mostly I go for 600 calories per meal and 600 calories of snacks.

All I can, for me, is "Thank goodness for exercise". 1350 is not a lot of calories, but at least I can get a few extra if I go for an hour's walk or ride the trainer or something.

oh yeah and at 330 lbs I can burn 1300 calories in about two hours
I usually don't eat more when I work out because really 2500 calories a day is plenty, but it sure makes me feel better !

I'm 56 years old and have lost 36 lbs in the last 105 days . No clue how many calories I eat. I simply try to eat healthy with lots of stir fry, salid, and chicken. Of course I'm riding; coming back from a long lay off. I go as hard as possible pretty much all the time. My regular route, which i ride 4x week, has a bunch of climbing and takes me 90 mins. Just simple input vs output and making sure input is healthy, simple to manage, and sustainable.
