Going to sweat out the beer

Yup after 12 hours of mowing a weed eating the neighbor came over with ice cool beer and I was bad so a great gravel ride to sweat out the toxins is needed. No regrets the ice cold beer tasted good. Tonight we are going to get hit with heavy thunderstorms with possible hail so everything that could get damaged is under the barn or stuffed in the garage. Going to get my ride in before the bad weather.

Sweat out the beer day for me is usually a hike. I find it easier to do that rather than a ride due to my ride expectations for myself. In other words, I don't care how slow I hike, but riding is another matter.

All in all, it sound like a productive day for you.

Around here, we call it "Milwaukee gatorade." It's not just for breakfast anymore.

Lolol. Around here many of us call it alcoholic gatorade. Same difference, I suppose.

When I was younger and stupider, I did the opposite. I'd do yard work to get over a hangover from the night before. A horrible technique, let me tell ya.

It was about 8-9 beers not all that much but enough to feel it today. 41.53 miles in warm muggy weather did the trick all the toxins are gone now I’m drinking a Diet Dr Pepper putting other toxins back in Milwaukee Gatorade

Bud Light 16oz in those thick aluminum cans. I think they are designed so the beer goes down faster.
