Passing thru SLC - best casual 25mi near I-15?

I will be passing thru Ogden/Salt Lake City/Provo coming and going to Grand Junction, CO.

Would like to stop long enough to stretch my legs for 25 mi or so, without straying too far from the freeway. Low stress miles - no mountain passes or busy roads.

Recommendations appreciated.

Isn't the 15 fairly flat from downtown SLC to the lower part of the basin?

Howdy! Hope this catches you before your trip. If it doesn't, well, yeah. Anyway, I recommend the Jordan River Parkway if you just want to eat up some easy, pancake-flat miles. Goes all the way from Farmington up north down to Utah Lake with a lot of places to hop on. I would actually also recommend Emigration Canyon, which is technically a mountain pass, but it's a really low and chill one. Good views of the Wasatch back at the top and an easy 11-mile spinner if you're starting at the mouth of the canyon. Cheers!
