New Bike...

On Friday.
Hey all, I went down to my LBS and bought my new whip...almost. I still owe them $30, but I`ll be handing that over in two days.
The bike is a 2007 Giant TCR
This is by far and away the nicest bike I have ever owned, and the frame seems to be good enough that future upgrades will be worth while.
Yes I know it`s a race bike and there are no eyelets for racks...but all I have to carry is a messenger bag to and from work, and I have my beater when I have to haul the trailor.
Here`s a link to the specs: https://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-CA/...ad/1735/30685/
and here`s a link to a picture (although mine is silver and not red): https://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-CA/...35/30685/zoom/

Looks like a great bike! Enjoy!

Most of the year I commute on a road bike with a messenger bag. Unless you've got pounds and pounds of stuff, it works just fine.

Anytime you get a new bike, it's time to get excited, no matter what kind of bike it is.

Yup, even a new "used bike".
