Well now that the nicer weather is moving in my regular after ride treat is a Klondike bar, or two. Do you have a favorite after ride treat ?

if I am in the evening I like a light beer with olives, if during a non appropriate time for a beer then a coke is the go to, nothing more rewarding.

I have a nice cup of chicken bone broth with collagen and matcha green tea added. (Since most of my rides are before my dinner meal) On the weekend I go crazy and have a glass of water.

Depends on my mood...
Asahi Super Dry, enjoyed at near freezing temp. Or, Guinness Draught from the fridge. Polar opposite, I know. Ice cream or anything dairy isn’t refreshing and just creates phlegm. Yuck.
