I have had PVCs since around 50 years old. Mine seemed to be tied to stress. I tried not drinking coffee and soda(caffeine) and that did not help. My doctor basically said that you will just have to live with them as there was no magic pill for them. I am now 70 years old and got a Garmin watch for my birthday that tracks heart rate. The watch thinks I am under stress when I get the PVCs and tells me to take a few deep breaths.
