Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I just sent a pair of those (in black) back to CC because they didn't fit around my toes. There was enough length, just not width. YMMV though.

well i'll find out tuesday I seem to measure fine for a normal D width so my problem might just be that the sidi's were too small 40 vs 41.

105 5700 pedals for $58 on ebay new

I have wasted enough money buying used Look deltas and Speedplays, pennywise pound foolish.

Also got an almost new set of Sram Red shifters as an upgrade for later.

New Shoes! New Pedals! New shorts! Water bottle cage, gloves! it was a self-inflicted Christmas! My god how come none of you people convinced me to get clipless pedals a hundred years ago?? Superior power transfer, superior comfort much greater ability to spin at ridiculous rpm while descending I was only able to get in about 12 miles of high intensity riding today thanks to the weather, but before I got back I was completely comfortable clipping in and out utterly happy with the choice to switch to clipless. Now I did in fact have years of practice in old clip-style pedals, so I'm not coming from the platform only point of view.

That's the stock saddle off of my bike. You can't buy the all black version. I replaced it with the same one but bigger, and wished I could have gotten the all black scheme again.

Bike looks great, but there seems to be a problem with your camera.
Fake vignetting, or at least to that degree is distracting.

Rounded up this:

For this:

Bike came with a 52/36 FSA and 11/28 tiagra cassette. went with ultegra 53/39 and 12/23. Took off the stickers from the wheel and that rear blinker since photo was taken. How did I do? Besides some carbon wheels what else could I get?

Carbon wheels? One question...why? You're not going to notice a speed increase, over far cheaper aluminium aero wheels, but you will notice with carbon wheels how much lighter your wallet is.
