Website showing your distance around the world
I am not sure if this website exists but I thought I'd ask all the same.
Does anyone know if there is a website out there that will track your distance and show how far around the world you're riding. So you pick your start point (say your home address) and as you ride you put in your distance. From your home you can see your distance accumulate and how far you would have ridden. So say in a year you can say/know you would have ridden from your house to Chile, for example.
Make sense? I figure there must be a distance tracking website like this out there somewhere. Cheers.

If you have a smart phone or a GPS type computer, Strava is pretty simple and keeps track of your daily, weekly, monthly and year to date miles.

Yea, Strava is probably the easiest way to go for logging and viewing stats. I really like to geek out with the data though. Personally I use this Bike Computer app. You can backup all of your recorded tracks to a SQLite database, or individually as a GPX for upload to Strava.
If you just want to see a radius on a map of your known mileage there are sites like this: https://www.mapdevelopers.com/draw-circle-tool.php
Also, if you can export your rides into a merged GPX there are really cool sites like this for making custom heat maps: https://www.gpsheatmaps.com/generator/

You can do this calculation easily.
The Earth is 24,900 miles around at the Equator
If you ride 2,490 mile a year you have ridden the equivalent of 10% around the Earth.

Veloviewer is a Strava add-on that does *exactly* what the OP asks. Yes, other ways to do it, but Veloviewer does this:
Veloviewer does lots of other cool stuff too.

@Skipjacks I was hoping to find something on the interwebs that would a) do the math for me and b) show my graphically my trip/distance.
@MattTheHat Cool. Thanks for the info.
