Frequency of crooked forks?
Wondering how often forks are not aligned after building? If it depends on the builder, then lets say from a average builder.

For non production builder I suspect non aligned forks are rare. Although some (the best) builders likely do a good enough job at the set up and joining so their after welding/brazing forks don't need any alignment. But I doubt that's what you're talking about. The suggestion that a fork that hasn't had an after building alignment is also then a crooked fork isn't always true, as the assumption that a fork that has had that extra step is therefore correctly aligned (especially if done by one of the many new builders who hang out their shingle before much experience or proper alignment methods have been dialed in).
