Story from last year about Ernest Gagnon's entry into cyclecross. He was once 570 pounds and took up cycling when he was 540.

Since that story aired, he's been laid off and he's working on a "50 state project" to ride in the US promoting weight loss and healthy living. According to his Facebook page it looks like Virginia bike clubs are tripping over each other to get him down there. I invited him to come ride with me and Nerys.
