As for riding, I haven’t ridden my ICE VTX (trike) much since we got back from Florida in favor of my two wheelers but I think I’ll start riding it more just so I don’t have to worry about potholes and falling.

I understand what you're saying and share your anger at the people flouting the orders, but my take is that it's hard to pick and choose the things you like about repressive systems. I think they tend to be all or none-ish. We pay the "price of freedom" all the time with cars, guns, environmental spoliation, alcohol, tobacco, and the all the other risky pursuits we love.

Milk, for me, is not a stand-alone thing. I can't remember the last time that I had a glass of milk. It's a component to other... stuff. Frothed in my latte, poured on cereal, added to sauces, etc. So yeah, if you're going to have it, make it full flavor - tastes better, more satisfying (which typically lowers consumption). Skim, 1% 2%? Waste of time.

Louisiana starts our mandatory SAH at 5pm today. Evidently New Orleans has the 3rd highest infection rate per capita in the country. One of the theories is Mardi Gras provided a greater opportunity for transmission.

By the way, Germany is arresting non-compliant renegades too, so it's not just communist thinking. Just saying.

Wow that's a lot of posts to scan. I had a very busy morning with 10 telemedicine visits.
I don't do FB, the only sites I use that even resemble social media are this place and Strava.
We have a virtual MNR (Monday Night Ride) meetup on Zwift tonight. The guy running it is a randonneur and was going to do P-B-P last summer until a head-on crash with an oncoming car took him out of commission for awhile.

I am. And I'm in a fairly specialized field, so I've got some job security at least. My brother works in oil and gas and got furloughed last week, not sure what he's going to do now.

The regulars are pretty cool, but it's always the lurkers I worry about. Sorry, lurkers.

Based on that last line, do you think the police will actually do something about drivers that buzz cyclists? 6 foot rule and all.

I am not.
Gas hit the lowest price since 2001 today. Not great for him.
