new ebike (finding/building)

hi there, built a ebike with a kit about 10years ago (so i can go that route if i need to). and i currently ride a polygon which is excellent.

but here is what i am chasing. (won't give the reasons why, so i can keep this short
fat bike (must, prefer 4 or 4.8 width)
rear hub 800W or more eg.45km/h (will have a mid drive if i have to, but prefer a rear hub)
long life battery - at least 45km without pedaling
duel suspension (front and rear - must)
good display - speed/battery left (must be as accurate as possible)
3 riding modes - unassisted (no motor), town mode (25 or 30km/h), unrestricted mode)
hand half throttle

reasonable quality - there is so much cra* that breaks shortly after use.

price - hoping for under 5K (but don't like my chances)
i like this one (doing a search on google) motoparilla.it/product/carbon-1000/ (no price)

Biktrix and Radpower seem to have good reviews from consumers, and are well under your price constraints..

The Kush for $1799 looks good with great reviews (as long as they publish all of them from verified purchasers).
