It was -2C this morning when I road in, which is about at cold as it gets around these parts.
That's OK with me after growing up in the NE US.
Sorry guys, can't compete.

It was 2F on my commute this morning and I still sweat a bunch. 40F is my favorite commuting weather.

20 is my limit. I can't go colder. It's pretty miserable for me. I don't do it enough that I'm willing to invest in really warm riding gear.
30 is okay. I'm chilly at 30 but not uncomfortable with a jacket and long pants and such.
40 is great because I don't need a jacket. I'm good in a long sleeve thermal shirt.
50 is kinda weird. It's too cold to ride half naked in a t shirt and shorts, but wearing any kind of warmth makes me sweat a lot
60 is great because I don't need long pants
70 is t shirt and shorts finally
80 is where the sweating starts to get annoying but it's manageable
90 is doable but I need a towel and 20 minutes to cool off before changing when I get to work
100 is miserable once I stop. It's actually kind of nice during the ride with a little sweat and the wind blowing past. As long as I'm moving I'm comfortable. But as soon as I stop....I'm a fire hose of sweat.

I know what you mean, but my hands are the problem. The rest of my body can be perfectly warm, and I could even be sweating in all the usual places, but my hands will be painfully cold. It's really annoying to be simultaneously hot and cold.
