I saw that ad in Los Angeles CL and I must ask first.

Is that a Cinelli to begin with?

My question as well. The handlebars are Cinelli and wonder if that is what seller is basing claim on.

Not Cinelli the handlerbars that are Cinelli look much newer than the frame fork and crankset which are likely the only original parts on the bike. Looks to be pretty nice older frame set from the early 60's with a bunch of none original 70's and 80's components slapped on it.

A very nice old fillet brazed frame. '50s? '60s? English perhaps. Nice box lining. If it were local to me and a little taller I would snap it up at that price! ($65)

If that had come up for sale here at that price, I'd already have it in my car. Those pedals alone are worth the asking price.
