Old goal, new reward
As many of us do we set goals and try to find ways to hit them. Sometimes we get lost in the goal and don't really have a reason for the goal. So i set myself up a reward. Parts of that reward are in my house right now.
My goal, 180 lbs (started at 228 currently at 208) My reward? A customized Trek Emonda SL. I found this gem on the local FB bike exchange page, new frame and fork never built into a full bike, it is a 2016. Yesterday I ran across a a set of wheels that had to go on this bike on CL. HED Ardennes+ Black (Black rim brake track). Did I mention that the frame is black on black. Going to do a full murdered out look with this bike.Motivation is high, really high.

I went from 222 to 180, and my reward was a Waterford. It totally worked!! Just keep thinking about that bike!
(Wait... why am I posting in here? Oh... that's because I went back up. Ooops. But I'm working on getting back down.)

My biggest fear is falling back into old habits and gaining it back. Good luck to you!
