I set a goal on 11/1 to be down 40 pounds by 2/28. I'm down 38 pounds today.
I've been riding 200 miles a week (mostly Zwift) and eating better
I do allow myself a cheat day now and then.

Great work! I'm down 40lbs since about the same time. Don't recall the start date but it's about that long. Still a long way to go, but it feels good, doesn't it?
