Has anybody dealt with Chicago Cargo in (duh) Chicago? I've been trying to arrange a test-ride with them, and haven't been impressed with the guy's communication. Anybody else run into this?

To answer my own question: as the date of the test-ride came closer, Brandon and Elsbeth really came through. They're a great business and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks, guys!

We ended up buying a Douze from Coast-In bikes in Milwaukee -- we strongly preferred the Douze's handling to the Bullitt's. Still, the Bullitt is a great bike too.
