Well, it took you three weeks to catch up with the thread, so take it as an exercise in cerebellum usage. Alternatively look at it as a learning experience for the rider, truck driver and the Google maestro who created the. situation

The Kinetics Glasgow Brompton are not clones, they are upgraded Brompton with either only an enlarged rear triangle and a better transmission (Rohloff, Alfine 8 or 11, Enviolo, Kindernay...) or a Kinetics made rear triangle + better transmission or the same with a rear disc brake or the same + Kinetics Made fork and front disc brake or the same + different wheels size with wider tires (ETRTO305, ETRTO355 or ETRTO406).

You're making the claim that Kinetics refuses to modify trifolds not built by Brompton? Can you substantiate this?

The question was: "Which Brompton clone has the largest gear range?"

And your answer: "Kinetics of Glasgow, with the Rohloff hub"

But Kinetics doesn't sell clones, all the complete bikes he is selling are based on an original Brompton main frame.

Now if someone buy a Kinetics rear triangle kit, nobody forbid to try to mount it on a clone main frame. Will it work ??? I suppose it could work on some clones and not on others ?
