Silca floor pump plunger
I picked this up today for $15. The plunger wasn’t forming a seal until I dismantled and bent the leather out some (working fine for now).
I’m thinking a replacement plunger may be in the near future. Which one am I looking for? What model pump is this?
Also the gauge is missing the needle, but I figured a non branded replacement gauge would work just fine for me.

Looks as if you need only apply a small amount of mineral oil to the leather to get the plunger working well for months or years.

I bought a Silica floor pump in 1986 (the well respected pink color, too!) and have only replaced the plunger once. It literally wore too thin to hold the air pressure. That was around year 20. Still going strong on the second plunger. Those first 20 years were high use years, once a day for sure, multiple bikes at the races. Now it only sees 3 times a week as I no longer race. Really well made pumps. Still has the original gauge.

Looks like a "super pista" with the wooden handle and possibly a little taller than the standard pista. I would try mineral oil to (mainly) clean and condition the leather, then I'd swab out the inner barrel and use petroleum jelly on the leather AND inside the tube. These puppies last a lifetime with proper care and few well-timed parts. If you aren't married to the Silca gage face many non-branded replacements will fit on the brass fitting or you might EVEN perform a face-plate transplant onto a new gage if you are a real stickler....
