Detto Pietro shoes - EU 46 - $30 shipped
I bought these a year or so ago from Chicago CL. They are okay, but have that "I'm Italian, so I will be too narrow for you Americans" fit. Note the aftermarket laces. The uppers and soles seem to be in reasonable shape, though the little heel buttons are gone, making walking more than typically adventurous. The size is EU46 and seems correct for me lengthwise. I remember the drill being to wear a pair of socks you hate and go off on a long ride with a water bottle containing a mix of rubbing alcohol and water. Soak the shoes and then ride them dry - repeat.
Recall getting a decent fit that way.
