Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Take a look at the Felt F5C. Or, if you are willling, you could try a pedal force frame.

If you are talking about frame only, I would consider the Kestrel Evoke. Frame and fork should be dollars under $2000

MSRP or actual price paid? I got my 06 Fuji Team Pro for $1500 plus 10% back with Team Performance points. Full carbon with Ultegra/Dura-Ace, but Shimano 550 wheels.

You're in college?!? Perhaps take an English class while you're there, it took me 3x to read your post and I still don't quite understand it.

A) 1300 is not a good score, at all. Even if it were (which, again, it isn't) a proficient S.A.T. score doesn't correlate to intelligence or vice-versa. Sorry.

B) Since it's the internet and all of us are 6'8" and 300lbs with 3% body fat, we aren't scared. We're also all black belts in Muay Thai. Every member of this forum trains together. (That's how we met and decided to start a forum)

As we all know, the SATs (I assume that's what you're referring to with the 1300) are a great measure of intelligence

And I agree with rad... at 230 lbs, you're not going to be doing a lot of beating up of anybody if you can't catch them.

You may be extremely intelligent, or you may be a f'in moron. In either case, your written communications skills suck.

We have a TROLL!

And dude, quit acting like a three year old. Or I will put you over my knee and spank you a$$!

I was going to be helpful and defend your writing/typing skills but now go ride your big wheel and leave road cycling to the men!

Drop the bike team inspiration and suit up the pads. If you can run a sub-5 40, you can be a mean LB or on the DL depending on what Division level you're playing. Then you can beat the ****ing hell out of someone.

Maybe you should read some of my earlier posts, your size is not impressive or intimidating to me, and you got a 1300? I can only assume you meant a 1300 on your SAT, not so clear since you ommited from your post, but I can see why you feel the need to berate college student with legitimate question. I never commented on your English, I am sure you speak fine, I questioned your ability to read and understand a simple sentence. Your phrase about beating the ****ing hell out of me is amusing, you don't even know me and with a slightly above average SAT score you immediatley resort to fighting
